  1. Rental periods: unless otherwise stated, rental periods are always from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.

  2. Changeover days: changeover day is Saturday. Alternative days/timings are sometimes possible to accommodate ferry bookings.

  3. Booking form: please always confirm availability with us before filling in the Booking Form (please do not email the form). Once your deposit has been received, we will confirm your booking in writing.

  4. Cancellation: we strongly advise that you travel with your E111s and that you arrange travel insurance which includes a holiday cancellation clause.

  5. Electricity & Heating: please note that the cost of electricity and heating is not included and is chargeable separately at the end of the rental period.

  6. Bedding & Bed Linen: Included in the rental cost.

  7. Towels: Available when pre-booked at a cost of £4 per person per week and comprising of one hand towel and one bath towel per person.

  8. Fosse septique: several rolls of toilet paper are supplied for use in your cottage - the use of English toilet paper is not permitted.

  9. Carpets: outdoor shoes are not permitted on the upper floors.
