      Extra Information:
  • The Stables 1 (One Bedroom option): Available during Mid & Low season only. School holiday weeks excluded (2 Adults Maximum).
  • Rental Periods: Unless otherwise stated, rental periods are always from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.
  • Changeover Days: Changeover day is Saturday. Alternative days or timings are sometimes possible to accommodate ferry bookings, please Contact Owner for further information.
  • Booking Form: Please always confirm availability with us before filling in the Booking Form (please do not email the form). Once your deposit has been received, we will confirm your booking in writing.
  • Cancellation: We strongly advise that you travel with your E111s and that you arrange travel insurance which includes a holiday cancellation clause.
  • Electricity: Is monitored and normal usage is included in the weekly rental cost. A charge may be made for excessive use. (We have never yet needed to charge this!)
  • Central Heating: Please note that the cost of heating is not included and is chargeable separately at the end of the rental period.
  • Bedding & Bed Linen: Included in the rental cost.
  • Towels: Available when pre-booked at a cost of £4 per person per week and comprising of (one hand towel and one bath towel per person).
  • Baby Pack: Available including travel cot, high chair, stair gate, baby bath and potty when reserved in advance, hire fee £15 per week. Please note that you will need to bring your own blankets and linen for the travel cot.
  • Fosse Septique: Several rolls of toilet paper are supplied for use in your cottage - the use of English toilet paper is not permitted.
  • Carpets: Outdoor shoes are not permitted on the upper floors.
  • Refundable Breakages Deposit: Is required.
